Please fill out the information below to start the ordering process and to upload a copy of your personal brand. This order form allows Heritage Desktop Brands to determine the best shape (circle or rectangle) for displaying the brand. After it has been determined the best compatibility between your brand and the shape design, HDB will email you a computer representation of what the finished Desktop Brand will look like for your proof review and final approval. Once your are satisfied with the proof, then submit full payment. Once payment is received, the production process will officially be scheduled. Brands are produced in the order payment is received.
